Q: What is the difference between the different boxes you sell?

A: The Formuler Z11 PRO MAX is the flagship box of the Formuler Z-series.  Built for speed with a powerful processor, 4GB DDR4 RAM, and 32GB internal Storage.  Plus all the same amazing features that come with all Formuler boxes.  Regular Firmware and software updates from Formuler.  The Mytvonline2 app for the best IPTV experience on the market including DVR scheduling and recording, Pause / RR / FF live TV.

We currently only stock the Formuler Z11 Pro Max, as it is the best box on the market today in our opinion!



Q: Do I need the i8 Keyboard Remote?

A: We highly recommend purchasing the i8 Keyboard Remote to go with your Android box.  Any situation where typing is required, such as entering passwords, searching etc. is made MUCH easier having a keyboard to type on.  Using the basic remote control to enter text is tedious and frustrating.  The i8 remote also has a mouse touchpad.  Having mouse control is often required when using apps like Netflix, and any app installed from the Google Play store.  The i8 is small enough to fit in one hand to adjust volume, change channel etc, big enough to use two hands when typing.

Another main benefit of using the i8 remote is the range.  It connects to your box via a wireless dongle with a 30 ft. range, no line of sight required.  Stock remotes are IR (infrared) and require line of sight with your box.



Q: How do Android boxes work?

A: Android boxes connect to your TV with an HDMI cable, and to your internet connection via Ethernet cable or through WIFI. 


Ideally an internet speed of 10 MBps or more is best. 5 Mbps will work but you may have to stick to lower quality streams. You can test your speed at www.speedtest.net or www.fast.com



Q:     What exactly does your programming include?

A:      Our boxes come with Kodi 19 (with our custom build installed),  all of the latest standalone movie and tv show apps (APKs), Google Playstore, Ad free Youtube (SmartTube), Youtube etc.  Our boxes also come setup and ready for IPTV (subscription required).  Our boxes also come with our update programs, one for Kodi and one for APK's.  These update programs keep your box up to date and working properly.  This is by far the most important feature for any streaming device, and the main reason other suppliers devices stop working.


Q:  What is REAL DEBRID, why should I use it, and how do I set it up?

A:    Real Debrid is a subscription service that gives you access to premium links for movies and tv shows in the apps that are included with our programming.  These links generally work MUCH better than a lot of the free links out there.

Q:      Can I watch Live TV and Sports?

A:      Yes!  There are thousands of live tv and sports channels available from Canada, US, UK and around the world!  Lots of channels are available for free, but the quality and reliabilty of free tv is not great.  Most people who want live tv and sports opt for the IPTV subscription route.  With the subscription you get every major sporting event on the planet, plus thousands of network channels with a full TV Guide.




Q:      Can I watch Movies and TV Shows on demand?


A:      Yes!   

You can watch basically any movie and TV show on the planet in HD, on demand whenever you want.  All TV Shows are up to date with the latest seasons and episodes!  



Q: The audio is out of sync, how do I fix this?

A: If the voices aren't matching up to the audio of the stream you're watching in Kodi do the following.  Hit OK on the remote to bring up the control panel.  Click on the Audio Settings button (little speaker icon).  Click on Audio offset and adjust it until the voices match up.  Click the Back button on the remote to clear the control panel screens.




Q: How do I check for updates for your Kodi build?

A: You can see when the latest update was released scrolling across the bottom of the screen in Kodi in our RSS News feed. It’s important to keep the Kodi build up to date to keep everything running smoothly. As new add-ons are released and are proven to be stable, we will include them in the updates. If an add-on that is installed is discontinued or just stops working, it will be removed with the  updates.  The updates also fix any bugs or problems that pop up from time to time.  See below for instructions on how to update the KODI build.




Q: How do I update the Kodi build?

A:  In Kodi, scroll to the PROGRAMS tab.  Click on the AndroidTV.tech WIZARD.  Click on it again in the next screen.  It will begin downloading.  When it finishes, it will close Kodi down to save all of the changes.  That’s it, open Kodi again and you’ll have the latest updates installed.  




Q: How can I add things to my FAVORITES list in Kodi?


A: You can add pretty much anything you come across to your Favorites list in Kodi.  Simply hold the OK button on the remote down on anything you want to add.  A menu will pop up, click on Add to Favorites.  Anything you add will show up in your Favorites list on the main menu in Kodi.



Q: How can I organize my FAVORITES list so it’s in the order that I want?

A: Bring up you Favorites list by clicking on the FAVORITES tab on the main menu, press the Menu button on the remote (C button on the keyboard) on the add-on you want to move.  Select Move Up or Move Down.  Shift your Favorites until you get them exactly where you want them on the list.  If you have a keyboard remote, the letters U and D are shortcuts to move things up and down on the list.



Q:  How do I find the Adult Content?

A:      In Kodi, go to the Add-Ons tab on the menu. Click on Add-ons in the sub menu.  This is a list of all of your installed add-ons.  Your adult add-ons will be in this list.



Q:  What happens if I have a problem with my box?
